• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Provide general information and support to clients and staff members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
