IRONFAB LLC is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, honest, motivated individual to provide admin support to business owner and project management team.
Duties include :
- Bookkeeping & Accounting.
- Payroll coordination and accountability with the outside payroll company.
- AP / AR utilizing Quickbooks, monthly AIA billings, and prevailing wage reporting.
- Insurance / BWC / DFWP compliance.
- Job costing.
- Cash flow, managing, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Assistance with fabrication certification documentation and audits.
- Hourly position with minimal overtime.
- Health Insurance & 401k are not offered.
