Recruiter Position

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join a team in Linwood, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to support the hiring process and related HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies.
• Utilize various platforms and networking opportunities to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records and streamlined processes.
• Conduct cold calling and outreach efforts to expand the talent pool.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide support in policy development and HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and employment regulations.
• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and assist in benefit-related functions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
