Were looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a full-time role and does include the occasional weekend.
What Youll Do
Answer phone calls, emails, and web inquiries with professionalism and care
Schedule photo shoots and coordinate with our photographers
Create quotes and invoices for client orders
Keep projects and schedules running smoothly
Support our team with meetings, reports, and day-to-day organization
What Were Looking For
2+ years in customer service or administrative support
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Tech-savvy and comfortable on macOS
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks in a busy environment
Positive, solution-focused, and a team player
