Regional Property Manager - Multifamily

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about driving growth and managing a diverse portfolio. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a long-term investment plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 1500+ units
• Lead and support a team of property managers and staff across multiple locations
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance property performance and value
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service
