We are searching for the best talent to join our team as a Vice President, US Sales East located in New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Atlanta, Richmond, Boston, Charlotte, Tampa, or Texas.
You will be a key leader in driving revenue growth and market expansion within its designated territory. Reporting directly to the VP of US Sales & Commercial Enablement, the role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales targets and enhancing its market position.
You will be responsible for :
- Collaborate with the VP of US Sales & Commercial Enablement to develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the regional sales team. Regularly monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, including competitive offerings, pricing, and customer behaviors.
- Manage the regional sales budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.14+ years of relevant business experience in Marketing, General Management or Sales or a related field required Medical Devices required.Proven track record and business impact in Medical Devices / MedTech spacePeople Management experience required.This position will require domestic travel approximately 50% of time.Some weekend travel will be required.Proven ability to learn complex technology / clinical applications.Strong Financial and Business Acumen (P&L, managing close customer relations including KOLs).Demonstrated ability to operate in highly complex, hybrid and diversified marketsMust be able to stimulate innovation in Marketing through identification & communication of significant global unmet needsMust be able to demonstrate business and financial agility to reposition strategies to meet and exceed expectationsMust direct Marketing organization in the achievement of goals / objectives established to meet requirements of all stakeholdersMust collaborate successfully with US sales and OUS sales and marketing organizations to execute plans and successfully launch productsProven track record in attracting, developing, engaging and advancing talentMust be able to value and create an inclusive, customer-centric cultureEffective managing in a matrix organizationActs as an organizational change agent and leaderMust be able to master complexity due to global insights and executionProven ability to drive success in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding environment.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills requiredAdvanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) strongly preferred.International experience preferredExperience leading sales and marketing preferredClinical Electrophysiology and / or Cardiovascular industry knowledge preferredThe anticipated base pay range for this position is : $263,500 to $356,500.
