Influencer Marketing Specialist (User Generated Content)

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for ideating and sourcing User-Generated Content (reels, videos, images, etc.) from Nano and Micro Influencers to be utilized across Ashleys owned and operated channels.

Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist for User-Generated Content will play a pivotal role on the Marketing team to deliver year-round influencer content for the brands channels.

Our ideal UGC specialist has strong communication and project management skills with a strong eye for social-first content.

• Source, discover, and negotiate for user-generated content from Creators for year-round content to be utilized across Ashleys owned and operated channels.
• Facilitate contractual agreements with UGC creators, outlining deliverables, timelines and compensation.
• Develop UGC creative briefs and briefing calls in tandem with Influencer manager.
• Own logistics for UGC creation including product ordering, budgeting, and legal contracts in partnership with Marketing Operations and Legal.
• Review creator content to ensure it aligns with creative briefs and brand guidelines, providing constructive feedback to creators to enhance the quality and relevance of content.
• Track and report on creator performance of content against predetermined KPIs.
• Maintain database for user-generated content including proper category tags and facilitate product tagging with the Merchandising teams.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat).

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience, Required
• 2+ years experience in social and influencer marketing required. Experience in retail or B2C marketing preferred.
• A natural interest and understanding of the influencer marketing space and up-to-date social media trends.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs for influencer / UGC content.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Video editing experience Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premier Pro a plus.
• In-Office : must be able to commute to the Tampa, FL office.
