Job Responsibilities
The Data and Communications Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for project operations supporting multiple stakeholders. Responsible for directing the collection, analysis, and reporting of complex data sets critical to workforce training initiatives and organizational performance metrics. Ensures data integrity across systems and drives data-informed decision-making processes. Leads internal and external communications for all project-related matters, ensuring alignment, consistency, and transparency across stakeholder groups. Oversees recruitment strategy and execution, including representing the organization at job fairs and industry conferences, managing candidate outreach, and facilitating referrals for open positions with a need. Prepares required documentation to support the project initiative. This position plays a vital leadership role in coordinating with executive leadership, training teams, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and relevant project management experience or any equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
Project management experience. Candidates must have strong presentation and communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to include, but not limited to problem solving, flexible work scheduling, adapting to a changing environment and working with a wide variety of people at all levels.
