We are partnered with one of the top Super Prime Residential Contractors in Manhattan the are renowned for their excellence and fine craftsmanship, working with some of the world's top architects and designers.

The Projects :

Their projects include luxury condos, penthouse apartments, and brownstone homes throughout Manhattan's most prolific neighborhoods and in surrounding counties.

The Role :

We are looking for Project Managers based in NYC metro area that have a background working on high-end construction projects, or have previously worked on residential projects for HNWI's.

What's in it for you?

Our client are offering a base salary up to $170,000 dependent on level of experience and previous project exposure.
