An international AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join its leading Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to advise innovative startups, emerging growth companies, and investors on complex transactions at the forefront of the technology, life sciences, and consumer products sectors.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in emerging companies and venture capital (ECVC) transactions at a premier corporate law practice
• Significant experience representing startups and emerging growth companies in seed and venture capital financings and public offerings , with at least ten venture financings using NVCA documents required
• Experience handling domestic M&A transactions , particularly for startup companies and investors
• Interest in or experience working with technology , life sciences , and / or Consumer Packaged Goods businesses
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage client and counsel relationships effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex matters concisely
• Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
