Role : Java Microservices Technical Lead – AWS & DevOps

Role Description : At least 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Java MS development Prior experience of working as Technical lead for application development and production support areas. Experience of RESTSOAP API development Hands Experience of AWS Cloud services is a must Experience in DevOps, BPM development using Camunda Flowable etc.Strong experience in SQL scriptingKnowledge on Monitoring tools e.g., New Relic, and understand how monitoring tools fit in IT landscape Knowledge on Service Now -CMDB, JIRA for service management Knowledge of ITSM processes e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Ability to identify Automation opportunities and implement Able to provide best practice for Support processes Able to take transition from incumbent vendorAble to document technical architecture and IntegrationAble to co-ordinate with different IT groups to resolve L2L3 issues Knowledge on Java Tech stack Able to plan different Maintenance-Adaptive, Perfective, Corrective PreventativeAble to drive solution on System Restoration calls and co-ordinate with different teams Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model Can lead offshore team for the required deliverables Able to do 2nd level troubleshooting
