Dining Room Manager

Cecchi's Bar and Grill, in the heart of the vibrant West Village, is seeking an energetic, professional, and passionate Restaurant Dining Room Manager to join our professional team. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :

• Train, develop, and motivate all staff
• Organize, supervise and execute shifts
• Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly       employees
• Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis
• Monitor employee and guests’ activities to ensure liquor regulations are obeyed
• Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention
• Partner with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food presentation and timely preparation
• Administrative duties such as inventory and purchasing

• Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
• Maintain and keep record of food and equipment inventories
