PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AIOps , to join our diverse, customer‑focused team building the industry’s best event orchestration and automation capabilities within the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. Our vision : a world where AI‑augmented software developers build and ship applications 10x faster, and those applications run reliably and autonomously in production. When the unexpected happens, automated event intelligence will detect anomalies, and AI agents and automated diagnostics and remediation will resolve most issues—so human teams can focus on innovation, not firefighting.
Events flow into PagerDuty AIOps from production infrastructure, applications, developer tooling, and customer service platforms. Using machine learning and event‑driven automation, it detects anomalies and triggers incident workflows to mobilize human responders and specialized AI agents.
In this role, you will support the AIOps product, which includes service topology mapping, data enrichment and search, and visualization in our Operations Console. This is an exciting opportunity to solve some of the most compelling and high‑value problems for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applications and infrastructure monitoring and observability systems, strong technical acumen, basic SQL knowledge, and a #ChampionTheCustomer mindset. You will work closely with highly collaborative engineers and UX designers while building relationships with go‑to‑market teams (e.g. marketing, sales, success, support, etc.) and enterprise customers.
Important note : While this role is posted as remote, candidates who are located near one of our hub locations (San Francisco, Atlanta, or Toronto) will be given preference.

The base salary range for this position is 138,000 - 209,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and / or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills / competencies and experience.
