Kapwing is building the next generation of modern creators tools to enable everyone to share their story online. Our mission is to make content creation fast, accessible, and collaborative. Kapwing has two products :

• Kai : A prompt-first AI design companion that helps creators bring visual ideas to life. Instead of learning complex design software, users can chat with Kai to explore, edit, and refine designs instantly in the browser. Launching in Fall 2025, Kai leverages the best LLMs and generative models to empower users to ideate, edit, and generate images, videos, and audio.
• Kapwing Studio : An online video editor that is both powerful and easy to use. Millions of creators every month choose Kapwing to tell their story and bring their ideas to life.

Kapwing turns video editing, traditionally a heavyweight, time consuming workflow, into a joyful, collaborative experience. We believe that we can use technology to augment the video editing and content creation experience, and we've already started on this path with a wide array of templates, AI applications, and new pipelines for combining tooling with the best AI models.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Kapwing’s AI-powered generative media experiences.

This role is at the center of our AI investment with our new product Kai — combining product vision, execution, and commercial ownership with our text to media workflows. You’ll define how modern creators leverage the latest generative models in an agentic product experience, while also defining Kapwing’s long term strategy for determining the best models to leverage for different creative workflows at scale.

This range covers base salary. Product Managers also receive equity in our growing company.
