Role Overview
The Senior Digital Accessibility & 508 Compliance Developer will join an already successful team to grow our projects, other staff, and personally through the firms commitment to our people. An experienced developer who brings in mature technical skills, continually advancing themselves through training, involvement with product launches, and is active within the team dynamics will find themselves at home with Myers and Stauffer. Our knowledgeable staff will partner with you in your career journey with us. Whether it be our software that manages billions of dollars of state and federal budgets, processes that consume billions of claims, custom portals for provider / client use, or the FBI / DOJ work to fight fraud, waste, and abuse, work is never dull in seeing the direct impact we have across the nation. Our general business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but can vary based on business needs. Dependent on performance, in-office associates are eligible for a hybrid work schedule after the initial 90-day training period. We are always willing to discuss potential flexibility to better suit work-life wellbeing.
