Assistant Property Manager (Honolulu)

Position : Assistant Property Manager

Location : Honolulu, HI

Pay : $25.90 / hour

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in property management or related real estate operations.

Education : Associates or bachelors degree preferred, especially in business, real estate, or related field.

Type : Full-time; Contract

Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Description :

• Coordinate property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Communicate with tenants to address inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Track rental payments, delinquencies, and assist with late payment notices.
• Prepare and maintain lease documents, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, documenting property conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring service quality and accurate billing.
• Assist with property marketing, leasing, and applicant screening.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned properties.
