Facility Maintenance

The Facility Maintenance will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned building and property. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance of building such as basic electrical, basic plumbing, painting, plaster / drywall, light carpentry, light masonry work, landscaping to include snow removal, possible appliance repairs and flooring.
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Handling tasks related to plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain tools and workplace so that shop conditions are neat and orderly.
• Use of variety of hand and power tools and test instruments.
• NOTE
• : Job may require on-call duty, extended hours, or weekend work
