Construction Project Manager

We are working with a leading general contractor with a strong project pipeline, a growing office, and a focus on data center, mission critical, and manufacturing projects. Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers. Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals. Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture. Creates and reviews project schedules. Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout. Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion. Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.

Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor. Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred. Experience leading and assisting on data center and mission critical construction projects. Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate. Success driven. Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors. Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus.
