Technical Project Manager

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager with expertise in managing Responsible AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for Responsible AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones

Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement ethical AI standards and mitigate risks associated with ML models

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates and establishing metrics for success in Responsible AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

7+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in AI or machine learning

Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, accountability, and ethics

Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs

Excellent risk management and mitigation skills in AI / ML contexts
