Job description

A company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer, Gaming User Acquisition and Monetization Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user acquisition and monetization strategies, including a team and a significant budget
  • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and retention, and create analytic dashboards
  • Conduct marketing research to ensure product-market fit and analyze game audience trends

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition and monetization for a mobile game publisher
  • Expert knowledge of marketing channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with familiarity in performance marketing concepts
  • Experience with mobile app tracking tools like AppsFlyer and Firebase
  • Fluency in English and a passion for gaming
