Job Summary : The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that support Minnwest's strategic objectives by ensuring projects are planned, executed and delivered on time, within scope and on budget. This role facilitates cross-functional collaboration and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Acting as an informal leader, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project life cycles, coach and mentor team members, and ensure robust documentation, reporting and success measures are in place. This position plays a critical role in embedding Minnwest's core values into project delivery, ensuring the customer remains the first priority, commitments are honored, results are achieved, and teamwork is emphasized across the enterprise.

Workplace Environment :

Salary Range : $78,000 - $98,000 annually + target bonus opportunity
