Location : Minnesota (Hybrid model (1-2 days on-site and 3-4 days remote))

Narrative Description of Position :

Senior Project Manager sought to manage technical projects primarily within infrastructure, network, and

security teams.

Responsibilities :

Project / Program Planning & Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans using Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for execution of projects within baselines.
• Utilize departmental tools for project management, tracking, and reporting.

Team Leadership

Stakeholder Management

Risk & Issue Management

Budget & Resource Management

Transformation & Organizational Change Management

MINIMUM SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Must have to be accepted for consideration for this position.

Level of Education

High school diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of experience managing multiple IT and business projects including two (2) or more years in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels.

Note : Highest completed degree in the following majors : Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management or related field will count towards the minimum nine (9) years of required work experience.

Years of experience in Position Title

Experience for all of the above equivalencies must include at least two years of experience in a lead role that required collaboration across multiple divisions with stakeholders from varying organizational levels.

Certification(s)

Project Management : PMP or PgMP,

Agility : CSM or SAFe

Cybersecurity : CISSP, CISM (desired)

Networking : CCNA, CCNP (desired)

Infrastructure : ITIL, Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS) desired

DESIRED SPECIFICATIONS : Not required, but desire experience in these specifications for this position.
