The Project Engineer / Project Manager will support the execution of engineering and facility projects for the client. This role will help drive project coordination, equipment installation, and cross-functional planning efforts within a regulated life sciences environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can manage deliverables, support technical documentation, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and track day-to-day project activities including scheduling, vendor coordination, and status reporting.
• Support the installation and qualification of process and utility equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, validation, and quality teams to ensure project readiness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including URS, design packages, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Drive communication between internal stakeholders, external contractors, and vendors.
• Assist with change control, deviation documentation, and project closeout deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to maintain project timelines.
