Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELER WILL NOT REQUEST SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS DURING INTERVIEW. TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK POSTED SCHEDULE AS NEEDED. For Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work ONE of the following : Christmas Eve / Christmas Day and Friday / weekend after New Year Eve / New Year Day and Friday / weekend after NOTE - Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026 COVID VACCINATION strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms provided upon request which will be reviewed by the Occ Board for next steps. "Local" travelers - who reside within 50 miles of facility, will not be considered for this need

• Ability to formulate an individual plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness.
• Coordinates and supervises patient care, as necessary.
• Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function.
• Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs, to include patient education and discharge planning.
• Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care : validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
• Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities, including but not limited to, wound assessment, patient care teaching, demonstrated progress toward goals, medication administration, nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
