Retail Sales Associate Daily Tasks and Duties :

• Be the first friendly face our guests see and the reason they come back.
• Ask the right questions, actively listen, and guide each customer to products theyll love.
• Share product knowledge and personal recommendations that feel helpful, not pushy.
• Turn casual shoppers into loyal customers by creating memorable, human-first experiences.
• Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually dialed-in.
• Support visual merchandising resets, product launches, and seasonal transitions.
• Handle inventory with care from tagging and folding to lifting and organizing stock.
• Spot whats out of place and take ownership clean it, fix it, restock it.
• Ring up purchases quickly, accurately, and always with a smile.
• Process returns and exchanges professionally think solutions, not roadblocks.
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision and responsibility.
• Support your teammates without being asked we rise together.
• Show up on time, contribute during team huddles, and keep the energy positive.
• Be flexible sometimes youll need to jump registers, tag inventory, or cover the floor.
