Salary : $40,000 - $60,000 per year
- Maintains the "Peace, love and ice cream" culture at all times (greets customers, offers samples, demonstrates store pride, etc)
- Follows all applicable food safety rules, (including dress code and food storage rules)
- Use of POS system / basic cash handling
- Available late summer nights (past 11pm) and weekends (some holidays)
- Must be watchful and controlling with labor and cost of goods matrix this is vital
- Has to be accountable for driving sales up and keeping costs down
Store Manager is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable : general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Ben &b Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Requirements / Responsibilities
Store Manager Requirements :
- Have an infectious smile and a sense of urgency
- Must love making people happy
- Must be able to work 6-8 hours on your feet
- Are able to lift at least 20 lbs
- Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has a can do attitude and is a people person, has a infectious smile and willing to grow with our network
- Must have at least 2 years of retail food experience
- Must understand small business operations and all its related concepts
- Honest with integrity!
- Must be available to work the nights, weekends and holidays, this is a desert business, its not a 9-5 job
- Must understand technology and be great with social media and paperwork
