Wireless Sales Associate

Elite Executives Inc a marketing firm specializing in telecom outreach, is seeking a Wireless Sales Associate to join our Tempe team. In this entry-level role, you’ll support customer enrollment by guiding individuals through service activation, device options, and wireless plan selection. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you deliver accurate support across mobile and internet services.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be immersed in a variety of store functions to gain foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and direct customer engagement. The Wireless Sales Associate assists with everything from initial customer greetings to helping with product demonstrations and managing transactions.

Essential Functions of the Wireless Sales Associate Role

Assist walk-in customers with wireless service needs, providing accurate support aligned with telecom customer experience standards.

Partner with senior team members to develop working knowledge of retail systems, wireless products, and enrollment protocols.

Facilitate service activations and sales transactions by entering customer data accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.

Participate in team huddles and product training sessions to strengthen service knowledge and retail performance.

Support store upkeep by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional retail environment that reflects brand standards.

Contribute to daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals through consistent in-store engagement and product guidance.
