Architectural Door Line Assembler
Picture your day starting at the assembly line, tools checked and production tickets in hand. You scan the specs, lay out components, and bring each door to life—accurately, safely, and on schedule. You collaborate with teammates across the floor, flag issues early, and keep work areas spotless so the next job moves even faster.
What you will do
- Build doors on a fast-moving line by following detailed production tickets to meet exact customer quality standards.
- Assemble components using pneumatic, power, and hand tools, then apply labels as required.
- Handle and move materials safely; escalate problems or shortages to leadership quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Grow and maintain strong product knowledge so you can work efficiently across unit types.
Work environment
Fast-paced production setting that requires a high level of focus.Most tasks occur below shoulder height and involve repetitive hand use.Personal protective equipment required : composite / steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves (as the task requires), and high-visibility apparel.What you bring
High School Diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older.Commitment to safety and adherence to all plant rules.Self-starter mindset with the initiative to keep work flowing.Clear, effective English communication.Ability to multitask and shift between independent work and teamwork.Flexibility at the end of shift to finish orders or assist the line as needed.Comfort reading a tape measure and performing basic math.Preferred background
About 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Woodworking proficiency.
