You collaborate with teammates across the floor, flag issues early, and keep work areas spotless so the next job moves even faster.

What you will do

• Build doors on a fast-moving line by following detailed production tickets to meet exact customer quality standards.
• Assemble components using pneumatic, power, and hand tools, then apply labels as required.
• Handle and move materials safely; escalate problems or shortages to leadership quickly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
• Grow and maintain strong product knowledge so you can work efficiently across unit types.
