Shift : Monday through Friday 6 : 30am to 3 : 30pm - lunch will be 10 : 30am to 11 : 30am. It also includes a rotational Saturday schedule 7am to 11am every third Saturday.

• Represent the face of our company to patients, providing essential health insights and support.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures.
• Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence for patients, ensuring skillful, safe, and accurate blood specimen collection.
• Demonstrate leadership and process excellence skills, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor, ensuring a safe and professional environment.
• Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties with confidence.
• Maintain required records and documentation, promoting a positive image to patients, clients, and the public.

Applicants must list their home city and commute time to the job site on their resume. The rate is based on years of direct experience as listed in the resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice. Candidates must have reliable transportation to get to / from the worksite without issue. Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift. Excessive absenteeism or tardiness is not tolerated and may lead to termination. Ensure commute time to / from the physical work location is verified when submitting candidates. Candidates should be within a 20-25 minute commute window to ensure their ability to travel to / from the site for coverage.
