As an Engineering Program Manager, this role will be pivotal in driving the advancement of similar cutting-edge projects. Responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives through all development stages, coordinating across multiple teams including engineering, supply chain, vehicle programs, manufacturing, and operations leadership to ensure successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional programs from end-to-end, covering various areas of thermal engineering while coordinating with manufacturing, production, design, test, and firmware teams
• Facilitate technical deep-dives with engineering teams, cost analysis with global supply managers, and assembly / service evaluations with manufacturing and service engineers
• Apply critical thinking to make data-driven decisions that advance key technologies aligned with Teslas mission
• Define and drive schedules for new project launches, technology development milestones, and sustaining programs to ensure on-time delivery
• Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance precision and dependability while maintaining Teslas signature agility
• Oversee documentation to track project status and issues, ensuring timely completion
• Lead teams with confidence through rapid development cycles, evolving requirements, and uncertainty

Expected Compensation

$88,000 - $186,000 / annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
