Construction Attorney
Job Title : Construction Attorney (3-7 Years Experience)
Location : Remote Flexibility Available, but must be based in the Philadelphia or Delaware Valley area with an ACTIVE PA Bar Admission
Salary Range : $130,000-$165,000 Base + Bonuses & Origination Potential

Our practice is evenly split between Construction Litigation and Transactional Construction matters, offering our attorneys a balanced and intellectually stimulating caseload. Position Overview : We are seeking a mid-level Construction Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience to join our team. While prior construction law experience is preferred, it is not required. What matters most is your ability to take ownership of your work, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex, high-value construction disputes and transactions, with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one.
