About Our Client Our client is a prestigious law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. They are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and excellence in every case they handle.

Job Description

Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.

Handle Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations / trials.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited Law School.

Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.

At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.

Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and / or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.
