As a Cook II you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in a specific station.

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee’s largest hotel. What you will be doing :

• Set up all garnishes for dishes, assemble trays and stock bread.
• Responsible for set-up and break-down of station at the beginning and end of shift.
• Assist with special guest requests to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen associates to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Serve food to tables if needed.
• Remove all dirty dishes from kitchen and / or server areas.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
• Assist with food running to ensure food quality.
• Assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, e.g., clean guest spills and clean / stock / sweep / mop all storage areas.
