Senior Director, Product Management - Client Data

As our Senior Director, Product Management - Client Data, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and adoption of a centralized Client Relationship Master while stewarding Party & Account data to meet governance, quality, and compliance standards.
This hybrid role combines product ownership and agile execution with hands-on data stewardship, plus client-facing demos and GTM collaboration to ensure trusted data fuels high-impact use cases.
Responsibilities :
- Product strategy and ownership (PM80%) : Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics; balance quick wins with long-term improvements; align with architecture and stakeholder priorities.
- Requirements and use cases (PM) : Partner with analysts, engineers, and POs to capture needs, oversee writing of user stories, and translate pain points into actionable solutions.
- Agile delivery (PM) : Run backlog grooming, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retros; prioritize new features vs. tech debt to ship timely, high-quality increments.
- Stakeholder collaboration and enablement (PM) : Serve as the voice of the user; publish clear docs and guides; communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Product marketing, adoption, and change management (PM) : Announce / relaunch features and datasets; coordinate training; track KPIs to drive usage.
- Client demos and evangelism (PM) : Plan and deliver tailored product demos and proof-of-value / discovery sessions for clients and prospects; gather feedback to inform the roadmap.
- GTM materials and sales enablement (PM) : Create and maintain product one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, FAQs, ROI narratives, and competitive positioning.
- Cross-functional coordination (PM) : Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on launch plans, campaigns, pipeline priorities, and pre / post-sales support.
- Performance and market analysis (PM) : Use data signals and market research to inform prioritization and iterate on product strategy.
- Data risk, compliance, and quality (Steward20%) : Identify data-related risks; implement and monitor controls and policy compliance (retention, movement, protection, sharing).
- Metadata, lineage, and remediation (Steward) : Define critical data elements, maintain lineage / metadata, perform root-cause analysis, and drive quality fixes; support audit and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications :
5+ years in product management (ideally data products) with proven delivery in agile environments5+ years in data governance / stewardship or data risk & complianceStrong understanding of data engineering, analytics, UX fundamentals; ability to partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, operators, and GTM teamsHands-on proficiency in SQL / Python for validation / profiling; outcome- and metrics-driven mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder empathy; strengths in trade-off decisioning and prioritizationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with BI, data engineering, or analytics toolsFamiliarity with RCSA or similar risk assessment methodologiesSkill in creating documentation, onboarding materials, and enablement contentExperience delivering client-facing demos and building GTM / sales enablement assetsPassion for evangelization and product marketing to drive adoptionAwareness of trends in databases, data science, and software developmentKnowledge of metadata management for long-term discoverability and literacy.Compensation Range : The salary range for this position is between $220,000.00 - $235,000.00. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
