About the Role The Cardiac Ultrasound Technician will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for performing echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities Perform echocardiograms.. Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures. Analyze and interpret ultrasound images. Collaborate with physicians to discuss findings and assist in patient management. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications Stress echo experience (can offer additional training) Echos completed in 30 minutes or less. Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS) Required Skills Proficient in performing echocardiograms. Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience in a clinical cardiology setting. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
