Job Summary :

Rite Rug Flooring is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator . In this role, you will support our Builder division by ensuring our installation timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

• Gain a working knowledge of Podio and RFMS flooring software systems
• Write and manage work orders for flooring installations and services
• Track material and confirm availability of materials in the warehouse for scheduled work
• Process labor payments and invoice Builder accounts accurately and in a timely manner
• Schedule and coordinate service work with Project Managers and Homeowners
• Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Must have proficient computer skills, being comfortable enough to learn new systems.

3. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

4. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
