Intake Specialist

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Answer initial client calls and assess their needs for EAP services Input demographic information into the EAP Expert database and complete intake forms Connect clients to appropriate resources, counselors, or affiliate providers based on their needs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Entry-level position with a strong commitment to customer service Proficient in IT applications and database management Experience in a call center or scheduling environment is a plus Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
