Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join Divergent's in-house legal department for Summer 2026. The intern will work closely with our legal team on a variety of transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters , gaining first-hand exposure to the day-to-day legal operations of a fast-moving technology company.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to develop practical skills and learn how an in-house legal function supports a rapidly scaling organization.

The Role

• Review commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Assist with due diligence reviews of third-party contracts and corporate filings.
