Location : Greater Pittsburgh area

Compensation : $120,000+ base + 10% bonus + relocation assistance

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex turnkey projects in the metals and heavy manufacturing industry. This role requires a strong balance of technical project execution and commercial / contractual management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with customer satisfaction. You will manage multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams across the U.S., India, Austria, and the U.K., with project values typically ranging from $10M–$50M.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, claims, and scope changes.
• Balance technical oversight (engineering / process) with commercial aspects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel domestically / internationally for short customer visits (approx. every 6 weeks).
