A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative who will assist members and providers with pharmacy benefit inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
Document calls within a tracking system to ensure clear and accurate resolutions
Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and serve as a customer advocate in problem resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Active / Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
Detail-oriented and analytical with a good listening ability
Prior experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
