Team Red Dog is looking for a Communications Specialist (Level 2) to support our Global Technology client's dynamic corporate communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving global employee engagement, managing executive messaging, and crafting impactful communication plans that connect a worldwide workforce. If you have strong writing, storytelling, and organizational skills—and enjoy influencing engagement through creative campaigns—this role is for you!

Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :

• Communication Plan Development – Proven experience creating and executing communication plans that align with organizational goals and enhance internal engagement.
• Global Team Collaboration – Experience supporting diverse audiences across time zones and cultures through inclusive communication strategies.
• Technical Proficiency – Strong command of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage; experience leveraging AI tools to automate and standardize communication processes.

Job Type and Estimated Duration : W2 / Contract, 40 hours per week; through June 2026 with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Rate : $28 - $31 / hour
