Communications Manager

Our global Tech client is seeking a Communications Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours a week. This role is hybrid onsite three days a week in Redmond, WA. The Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies, streamline documentation systems, and support leadership visibility through high-impact messaging and content. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Top Must Have Skills :

• Expertise in managing and auditing document repositories (e.g., Google Drive), including naming conventions, hierarchy, and archival processes.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal web platforms (e.g., G-Sites, wikis) and coordinating events like symposiums.
• Proven ability to create and execute communication plans, including crisis comms, recurring updates, and executive-level presentations.

Additional Qualifications :

Nice to have : Experience in the tech industry and supporting information systems; ability to bring creativity and enthusiasm to the role.

Responsibilities :

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
