Job Description

Role : Production Manager

Job Summary : The Production Manager is a hands-on, leadership-driven role responsible for overseeing plant operations at the Hillsboro facility. The role fosters cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Logistics, emphasizing Lean / continuous improvement, employee development, and operational excellence.
