Job descriptionPrior studio or live production experience preferred but not required — training provided for the right candidate. Basic understanding of television or video production workflows. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under time pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction. Flexible availability for morning or occasional / rare weekend shifts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Special consideration to multi-lingual applicants (Spanish) Hands-on experience working in a professional broadcast studio. Exposure to nationally syndicated television programs. Creative, collaborative work environment. Opportunity for growth within a leading entertainment production company. Overview
KSA Entertainment is seeking part-time Studio Crew Members to join our production team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily television operations and assisting with live and pre-recorded studio productions. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate studio cameras, teleprompters, and other production equipment during live and recorded shows.
- Assist with lighting setup, cable management, and studio maintenance.
- Prepare sets and props before productions and help reset or strike sets afterward.
- Work with producers, directors, and technical staff to ensure smooth execution of each show.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment.
- Support the control room team and assist with audio, graphics, and video playback as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and production protocols.
