Bear Creek Truss Inc is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support the scheduling, coordination, and administration of truss production operations. This is a full-time, office-based role that plays a vital part in ensuring efficient order processing, accurate delivery coordination, and streamlined production scheduling. Key Responsibilities

Schedule truss production runs based on incoming orders and capacity

Coordinate delivery logistics with internal teams and external customers

Write and process customer orders accurately and promptly

Manage pricing verification for quotes and project bids

Communicate daily with sales, production, and logistics teams

Maintain accurate documentation of orders, delivery timelines, and schedule changes

Utilize software tools such as MiTek, Excel, and order management systems

Act as liaison between truss design and production teams

Identify process improvements to streamline order and production coordination

Assist with job costing, invoicing, and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Experience in the wood truss industry (e.g., builder, coordinator, or designer)

Familiarity with MiTek software is highly preferred

Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Clear written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
