A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney (AI / Legal SME) to collaborate with product and engineering teams on an AI-powered contract analysis tool.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and refine AI-generated redlines for sales- and procurement-side agreements

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance product performance and output quality

Translate complex legal language and risk concepts for non-legal and technical teams

Required Qualifications

In-house experience at large or enterprise technology companies

Extensive experience reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements

Working knowledge of AI or document automation tools

Service-oriented mindset

Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours
