Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting sales teams? We are currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in helping our sales team achieve their goals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports
- Background in Accounting / Billing / or Administrative Support is preferred
- Manage and update customer database and sales records
- Coordinate sales team meetings and events
- Work with internal and external accounting contacts to ensure accurate billing
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and route to appropriate team members
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Your role will be essential in helping our sales team stay organized and focused on their targets.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
