Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects related to K-12 education

Manage project budgets, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success

Mentor a multidisciplinary team and collaborate cross-functionally to execute research initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree with relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies in the K-12 education domain

5 years of progressive experience in leading research or consultancy projects

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, preferably with a focus on school finance or policy

Experience in grant and RFP writing is a plus
