Key Responsibilities
Own the planning and execution of full-funnel demand generation programs, focusing on digital and direct mail ABM strategies
Lead multi-channel paid campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset to maximize ROI and oversee campaign content strategy
Manage and mentor the demand team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on campaigns and pipeline targets
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record in driving pipeline
Strong expertise in paid digital media strategy including LinkedIn and Google Ads
Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and data-driven decision making
Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline reporting
Experience managing and scaling teams with strong coaching skills
