Job Summary
Ruggable is looking for a detail-oriented and operationally-minded Senior eCommerce Site Content Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content for our DTC site. This role focuses on managing the full site content lifecyclefrom intake and planning to QA and deploymentensuring timely, accurate, and high-performing content updates that enhance the customer experience and drive business results. The ideal candidate brings strong digital operations experience, an understanding of eCommerce UX, and a highly organized, collaborative working style.
You will act as the central orchestrator of content operations across Ruggable.com, owning the tools, processes, and cross-functional workflows that ensure content is delivered and deployed with excellence. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to plan, request, and manage the content that powers the digital shopping experience.
- Own and manage the site content roadmap and publishing calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, merchandising priorities, and product launch timelines.
- Translate marketing and business briefs into clear content requirements and site experiences; submit requests to internal Creative teams and track asset delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Creative, Brand, Product, Marketing, and Development to deliver accurate, on-brand content to the site on time.
- Manage the content deployment processincluding uploading assets and copy, QAing site updates, and pushing content liveacross key pages (homepage, landing pages, PLPs, PDPs).
- Own activities related to Ruggable's content management system (CMS), identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, improve content velocity, and reduce errors through improved tooling, documentation, and process improvements.
- Track performance of site content using tools like Looker, Heap, and Google Analytics, work with stakeholders to recommend optimizations based on data.
- Support personalization efforts by coordinating with internal teams to integrate dynamic and targeted content into the site experience.
What You'll Need to Have
Required :
5+ years of experience in eCommerce site content operations or site merchandising, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce businessStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms and CMS tools (e.g., Shopify, Contentful, etc.)Experience managing content workflows and cross-functional content planning processesHighly organized with exceptional project management and QA skills; comfortable managing multiple simultaneous site updates and deadlinesCollaborative mindset with experience working closely with Creative, Brand, UX, and Engineering teamsFamiliarity with digital content KPIs and tools for tracking content performance (e.g., GA4, A / B testing platforms)Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesPreferred :
